March 11, 20188 yr Just looked at the run ins () Barnsley and Brums are better than ours. (Gave up then, before looking at Burtons) We need four more wins or three plus two draws Pointless looking at other teams run ins it's down to ourselves 10 points and we will be OK anything less we will go down.
March 11, 20188 yr Haven’t really paid much attention to Scottish football this season, just assumed Celtic must be about 15 points ahead...
March 11, 20188 yr Genuine question How are the owners fucking them over? Got them back in the PL, kept them there, spent money In doing so They're obviously upset about something, but what exactly? It can't just be because they're a bit shit If you have to ask then you have no clue. Sad, really.
March 11, 20188 yr To be fair Pabbers, you would. You're on here complaining about a manager once hailed as a legend in these here parts and probably wish the rest of your support had the organisation or just plain bollocks to do the same at your own club. You never will because, deep down, you hate to see that he's the best manager you've had in years. Roflocopter????????????
March 11, 20188 yr If you have to ask then you have no clue. Obviously, which is why I asked But if you have no answer then it suggests you have no clue either
March 11, 20188 yr Obviously, which is why I asked But if you have no answer then it suggests you have no clue either You should know by now, I know everything.....
March 11, 20188 yr Think it was motd who said the fans aren't happy because; amongst other things, they were promised money to spend. The club has spent £29m but it's not enough! If they'd only spent £15m then I reckon by now a few thousand of their fans would have stabbed each other.
March 11, 20188 yr You should know by now, I know everything..... Well go on then enlighten us. This board has got them in the prem, spending money and playing in front of 50k crowds in a stadium they bought for a scandalously low cost. Their stewarding seems pretty abject but other than that..
March 11, 20188 yr Holding starting again for Arsenal It shows how bad they are defensively. He's not a bad player, but a team like Arsenal should have better defenders than him in the first team
March 11, 20188 yr https://twitter.com/sporf/status/972573159294685189 West Ham infighting Must be an easier way for Flamini to earn a contract.

It can't just be because they're a bit shit The main issue with the West Ham supporters is losing one of the grand old football grounds to be moved to a soulless bowl a few miles away. They were told the move to a bigger stadium would facilitate the purchase of better players to compete at the top end of the league.but they are the same old West Ham on the football pitch and now in an atmosphere free athletics stadium.I think as a support base they'd rather be shit at Upton Park than good at the athletics stadium anyway

Their stewarding seems pretty abject but other than that.. Promised to spend more money and havent. £29 million is not alot for prem clubs. Ripped from their home under false promises at new ground. Dont blame them 1 but for being frustrated, its nothin to do with “the west ham way”, its called ambition and wanting to do better.
March 11, 20188 yr But better than what? If it's better than Chelsea, Arsenal and those clubs up there, unlucky. If it's better than the mid-section of Prem clubs, fine. If it's better than West Brom, Swansea, etc, then they're up there.Maybe they should be happy to be the best East End of larndan team.

When fan power wins often things get worse that’s very possibly what will happen when the current owners leave West Ham. Edited March 11, 20188 yr by Mounts Kipper
March 11, 20188 yr While I think West Ham fans are cocks of the highest order, I think they are quite right to protest. Having Gold and Sullivan as owners would be horrendous at the best of times. That ground they are in now is dreadful. How would folk of liked it if we had been moved to an athletics stadium in a circular ball to save a few quid? Never understood this knowing your place argument? Why shouldn’t you aspire to be better. We wouldn’t of had our premier league glory days with this mindset. They have bought some awful players recently. I see West Ham as a toxic club similar to a Leeds but think this time they have every right to be pissed off.

They were told that moving grounds would allow them to spend more to close the gap, so they can try and push the top6 clubs more....its not happened, more lies from owners. Don't blame them 1 bit, as its alot to give up, the home ground you love so much. People are very connected to ya teams home ground.
March 11, 20188 yr £36m on two strikers including their record signing seems like a step up for them Whilst conveniently ignoring that they sold players to fund that.....
March 11, 20188 yr When fan power wins often things get worse that’s very possibly what will happen when the current owners leave West Ham. Hold on....are you not part of some self appointed fan group doing something similar????!!!????
March 11, 20188 yr That ground makes the Macron look like an intimidating footballing citadel and a fortress. I actually have no issue with Sweaty Ham, I know plenty can’t stand them but I’ve always considered them a passionate and committed bunch. Every club has ideas above it’s station. I think they’ve been told a web of lies.

To be fair, we didn't want to move 7 miles out of town either. But to be equally fair, we wouldn't have attracted Okocha, Djorkaeff, Campo, Stellios, (the list goes on) while at Burnden Park and therefore no ground swap - no premier league, well, at least no 11 consecutive seasons including two Euro tours.

Agree with this, couldn’t understand people who were impressed with it when we went in the cup it was a shambles from the minute you got off the train to the (80th) minute you left. Horrible. Stood on a scaffolding stand their main lot next to us!
