March 9, 20188 yr When he first signed it was ridiculous how much better he was than the rest of the players. What a time to be a Bolton fan that was. The fact that he loved us so much still makes me a little emotional. I'll never forget after beating Spurs 1-0 in a must-win game the interviewer asked him how much the win really meant to him given some of the huge games he'd played in his career. He just pointed to his massive grin which said it all.
