Shame about the Cambridge winner but other than that we’ve had more favours from elsewhere. Tranmere didn’t exactly throw the kitchen sink at Mansfield, and their body language was shot at the end.

It's any 3 of 6 now.

After we play on Friday, at least 2 of our 5 rivals are guaranteed to drop points. Could be as many as 4 if they draw; and that's not including FGR's trip to Bradford.

Slowly but surely

Cambridge v Morecambe next weekend plus Cheltenham v Tranmere, points dropped all round.

Tranmere host Cambridge after that.

Following that Cambridge have Exeter and Newport who are both pushing for the final playoff spot.

Tell you what, the team going under the radar here is Morecambe. Apart from matches with us and Cambridge their run-in is very favourable

Wouldn't be surprised to see them in the top 3

Colchester have won 1 in 22, that’s a must win at home.

Newport have lost the last 2 but a shit pitch could be a leveller.

Should be at least 4 points over Easter, probably 6.

Newport are playing their  home games at Cardiff
