I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

It's ok, Lincoln won't keep this up

And when they don't

I'm sure we'll be winning every game

I know you're prob jesting

But people having been saying this for months about Lincoln & Bradford

Lincoln now find themselves 9 ahead of us

Maybe they will keep it up

Absolutely.

Ignore the obvious because it's a "little club".

They may slip up, but so far it's us and Huddersfield that have been inconsistent, despite pre/early season thoughts by many.

What is more, its no good if we don't improve to close the gap should they slip up.

Lincoln have had a hell of a run through 10 games, fair play to them.

I watched them last night and they’d have done well to get a point. Burton were the better team and gifted them the 2nd - granted only one game.

I still expect them to come back to the pack. They will have a blip across 3-5 games, no team other than Cardiff is strong enough in this league to not have it - the question is whether we put an unreal run together in the the next 13 games to be in that pack when they do.

Lincoln's next 4 games are Bradford home, Wigan and Plymouth away and us at home.

Whether or not they come back to the pack eventually or not, if we're still 9 points or more adrift of them after we've gone there in 3 weeks we aren't catching them.  From their point of view if they beat us and Bradford they'll be confident of staying ahead of this very average "chasing" pack.

Lincoln are on course for high 80’s finish, which isn’t special for automatic promotion, which suggests the bang average status of rest of division is more the issue

Cardiff and Plymouth wins would be very nice in the early games.

Can’t figure out what I’d prefer in the Bradford and Huddersfield game - probably draw but if 1 has to win then Huddersfield.

One thing I hadn’t spotted - Plymouth will be closing in on the play offs if they win today! I thought they were still scrapping it out to stay up. Shows how quickly things change in this league 🙏🏼

Stockport 1 up

Hudds 1 up

Stay like this and we win we go 3rd 😂

Watched the Huddersfield v Bradford game and no idea how Bradford have got up there, they’re absolutely bobbins. We think we’re slow at getting the ball in but this lot were comatose even against ten men. Likewise with `Huddersfield, completely toothless and if we can’t get promoted against this lot Schumacher wants shooting because there’ll never be a better chance.

The fact that we can go third with a win despite such a topsy-turvy season highlights just how biz this league is. Absolutely honking.

Gale needs his contract terminating at half time

We're third and haven't been playing well, or we've had games where we've done ok and others we've been utter dross

Wrexham won again.

Thomason; the one a couple reckon is crap, played again.

They could make the playoffs.

He is doing well.

He has also had so much in his favour- just like he did here initially, with a great squad.

Money has been invested, and they've had the benefit of Holywood to help with "extracurricular" income.

Fair enough, they have been managed well by the hierarchy.

I don't rate him when the going gets tough, as it did here. The football was gash and he ran out of ideas.

I also don't think he would have got us out of the bottom tier with such little to go with.

Different circumstances aye

GT is doing well in a position we never played him in

Seems PP has got the best out of him and knows what he's doing

Liverpool

2-0 down

Cardiffs top scorer went off on a stretcher today

Unsure what happened

Bit desperate thinking how that might  benefit us when it came on the wireless.

Felt a bit dirty afterwards! 😁
