Arrested development Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Zach Clough is playing in midfield and looks class. Glides past players like they aren't there. Looks much better as a centre mid than striker. Much more involved. Quote
Gumbo Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Eventual replacement for mark Davies is 'young man' clough Quote
Zico Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Eidur puts over from under the crossbar its like the watford play off final all over again Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Always had you down as a decent poster, but cheers for that, I had that game erased from my memory. Quote
Casino Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 its like the watford play off final all over again tranmere, very early one season when we were in the big end possibly one of the worst misses ive ever seen hes always had them in his locker Quote
iggy Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I think my abiding memory of Eidur is the FA cup semi final and him rounding David James to put it on a plate for Dean Holdsworth.... I'm sorry guys Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Eidur with a BEAUT of a ball through for Clough who stuck it just wide. Should have scored but a great run from deep to be fair. Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 2-1 Boro. Counter attack from a Bolton corner Quote
Rembrandt Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 2-1 Boro. Counter attack from a Bolton corner Oh, dear, thought we'd stopped doing that Quote
Garrp Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Oh, dear, thought we'd stopped doing that don't worry, corners get the crowd going for the rest of the game. Quote
jules_darby Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 don't worry, corners get the crowd going for the rest of the game. Now now Garrp, it can happen from other moments when the crowd get giddy too... Quote
Cinnykid Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Pie queue is round the block. That will be cheese fillin his boots Quote
Cinnykid Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Clough looks a future 1st teamer, good on the ball and not afraid to run with it too. Wilkinson looks good too , good in the air, tidy left foot, not afraid to shoot. Had a crackin shot hit post. Apart from these 2 no one else impressed so much and Eidur seemed a bit rusty to me, expected a bit more. Quote
Garrp Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Now now Garrp, it can happen from other moments when the crowd get giddy too... saving a penalty 7 minutes into injury time in the second leg of championship play off semi final has a slightly different affect than a corner. Quote
QFPants Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 tranmere, very early one season when we were in the big end possibly one of the worst misses ive ever seen hes always had them in his locker Always remember home to Wimbledon in whatever the league cup was called them days. About 10 minutes after scoring THAT goal he stuck an open net wide from about 7 yards out, dead centre of the goal. Truly was sublime to the ridiculous Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Only watched 30 minutes. Liked what I saw looks fit, sharp and still has the quality touches and passing ability I've no doubt he will do a good job for us and I think he could do it for another season after this from what I saw tonight. Spider Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 The pic of him on twatter isn't very flattering Looks like an Aryan Jardel. I don't care if he's 20 stone though. He's still class. Quote

DazBob Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 The pics I've seen of him on Twitter he looks a lot slimmer than when he joined us first time round. Quote
Guest Blixa Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 The pics I've seen of him on Twitter he looks a lot slimmer than when he joined us first time round. In fairness, so does Cliff Morris. Quote
jules_darby Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 How did Trotter play anyone that went? Quote
bwfc87 Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 How did Trotter play anyone that went? Trotter did alright IMO. Didn't give the ball away and covered well defensively. Looked a good partner for Clough who outshined most of the team. Quote
