If the hundreds of press moved out the way it wouldn't be half as bad.

Queue up, let groups in, let them leave.

Controlling a riot isn't worthwhile to these companies surely.

I wonder if it falls into the any PR is good PR category? The profit can't be great on days like this.

They should issue tickets, first come first served, then let them in, in small groups.  I'd rather pay full whack thanks.

See I wanted a laptop, but thought fuck it Ill pay more. Some things are just not worth it.

I just could not be arsed rubbing shoulders with folk like that.  Plus I think if somebody pushed me, I'd kill them.

Asda burnden park, first display i came across was shit drills at 50 quid...

I wouldn't have paid 15...

as mentioned who wants a Blaupunkt telly? or a Polaroid  Hardly makes known for good quality ..

Its not even Christmas presents... its all electrical stuff that isn't selling this time of year.. People already have already bought these type of things if they're for presents...

Massive amounts of PR... bet nobody leaves empty handed.. win win..

Aye, i saw plenty of white scutts in that vid too. Think folk will just see it how they will though. They all seem rather special scrapping over an idiot box. I hope none of them have missed a trick by not claiming compen due to being crushed at entrance like that.

Recruiting for his show, he'll have a field day with the locals.

In case you've been in a bomb shelter for the last 24 hours

I literally couldn't watch any more than a minute

Rocked up for the X43 bus to Rossendale last night after an afternoon and early evening in Manc. They are normally every half hour. After a 40 min wait I got on at Chorlton st and 60 mins later it had just managed to get through Deansgate.........never again!

Slowly

How do you rock up for a bus?

you have to have been around doing stuff in the 70's..... you'd then rock up for a match, the pub or party or whatever event or meet you'd care to name.

After waiting over two hours at the stop and on the bus it was more like "bus pants pisser"

I was feeling sorry fer meself on the upstairs front seat as we inched through the crowded streets. Soon cheered up by two Burnley chavesses on the seat across in their mid twenties,  supping from a bottle of pink fizz of some description and recalling various episodes in their life and various antidotes. I must live at most 5 miles away from their locale, it might as well be a different solar system. :D

different solar system, have you seen the back of Burnley buses? The blurb is something like "to another galaxy or manchester and beyond" and to be fair I suppose manchester is to some of them :). I do love the Dingles though, they've got a certain quaint charm to them

Having lived up here for over 25 years I concur. I admire their fierce loyalty to their home town and club. You will see the odd citeh, utd and liverpool shirters in the pub, but its a lot rarer to see em around the town of Burnley as it would be in Bolton.  They take great delight in taking the piss out of those shirters when the premier league matches are screened in the local i go to. The best time to sample this is when utd are playing the Sat 5:30pm game after Burnley have played at home at  3pm.
