Went to selfridges last night to do my shopping.

There 20% off had already started!

Easy shopping, non of this crowd shit

Black Friday looks like one step removed from looting.

Scruffy twats fighting over shit the shops couldn't sell 10% dearer.

I've already got one to wash my pots so no need to buy another

Living away from the UK if anything makes me feel a bit prouder to be English. Selective about the good bits perhaps.

Then I read about shit like this and think, Jesus wept.

The sign of a true English man.

Do we still get Boxing Day sales? Or is this taking over?

Yes - but (most) staff get enhanced rates of pay on Boxing Day.

Nah

Having seen some of the footage, I'm now clear why they call it Black Friday.

Aldi are right with that advert

Every time I go in there it's a fucking war zone

I'm close to fucking it off and going back to ASDA / Tesco

Aldi is best midweek.  Even Sunday mornings are carnage.

Obviously the Horwich aldi isn't full of scutters.

I used to shop at the Manchester market Street one, that was fucking grim.

In case you've been in a bomb shelter for the last 24 hours

Bloody hell thats grim. It'd be less effort to do a few more hours overtime and make the same saving.

That's one of the most embarrassing things I have ever seen.

Wonder if those two towards the end both holding the tv end up living together.

hard not to notice that the majority of people fighting are of ethnic backgrounds... weather this be the traditional "stiff upper lip"... or the Asda's etc are based in more ethnically diverse areas... this isnt a racist statement,

either way i still cant get my head around fighting over a shit telly.. that they wouldn't normally buy anyway..

It's making my skin crawl

It's just not British and needs to stop, we invented the queue and it serves us well

If scutters want to act like scutters then fuck off elsewhere

Is that England?

You get that magnificent poppy display and then this.

It would be quite acceptable to pump sarin gas through the store.

Isn't it asda Wembley, where the majority are the ethnic minorities as such. Plenty of white scuzzer videos as well.

If the hundreds of press moved out the way it wouldn't be half as bad.

Queue up, let groups in, let them leave.

Controlling a riot isn't worthwhile to these companies surely.

I wonder if it falls into the any PR is good PR category? The profit can't be great on days like this.
