Yea that simple if you know how to read a set of accounts if you don't it would be hard yakka - the accounts are up to the balance sheet date they're reporting and published up to 9 months after the year end - what point are u making he's done all his dirty work since the last set of accounts?

As up to date as they need to be. Anyone who doesn't believe them is accusing someone of fraud. Might not be "simple" to work out, but anyone who's that bothered can easily find all the information they need and spend as long as they want doing it.
