Well done Marc Iles for sending bolton twitter pages and BN comments bit in to meltdown then changing the story 6 hours later.

Again.

Fucking arse hole.

Bwfc.co.uk are carrying the story, is this not enough? Why do people feel the need to reword Ken's words?

Chairman Ken Anderson addresses the club's supporters in a special column on bwfc.co.uk

First of all, I would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy and successful New Year.

Following on from my recent Q&A meeting in December, I have had a number of supporters contact me directly and ask me what exactly the board and shareholdings situation is at present.

Accordingly, as I have stated that I want to give you as much information as possible, I would like to outline the current position.

1) Both Dean and I are directors of the football club.

2) The shares (excluding the 5% holding held by supporters) are split 60/40% between myself and Dean.

3) I am Executive Chairman and have a hands-on daily involvement with the management team and everyone at the club and hotel.

4) Dean is effectively a non-executive director.

5) Dean is still trying to organise the refinancing of the BluMarble loan to Sports Shield.

6) The club does not have a loan from BluMarble - it has a loan from Sports Shield. The terms of the club loan are different to those of the BluMarble loan to Sports Shield.

7) Dean and I did reach an agreement on me buying his shares, but there are one or two issues because of the BluMarble situation that Dean still needs to be resolve. I am relaxed about the current shareholdings. As I have previously stated, there is no rush for me to become a sole owner (alongside the supporters' shareholdings).

8 )The club are in discussions with other lenders/investors about replacing the Sports Shield loan on better commercial terms.

9) Deloitte have been requested to submit the accounts to Companies House this month.

10) Paul Aldridge interviewed two candidates over the weekend as a replacement to John Pelling, the Head of Finance, who is off to Stoke City shortly. Both applicants are known to me and have also been interviewed by myself. We expect to make an announcement shortly.

11) I have met with several people who I believe will strengthen the board in the future and l hope to be able to provide you with further information in due course.

12) I personally provided additional funding for the club in December and have had to do so again in January. Unfortunately, Dean has declined to contribute any personal funds.

Hopefully, this information will be helpful to all our supporters and will mean that we can now all focus on the field activities in the immediate future.

I truly believe that we all need to continue to get behind the team and management in the run-in without the financial and boardroom distractions of recent months.

I can assure you that all the staff at the club and hotel are doing a great job and giving their utmost to get us back where we belong.

We have a great team of people behind the scenes who never cease to amaze me. Your recent support meanwhile has made it all worthwhile and long may it continue.

My sincere thanks and best wishes,

Ken

Is it ok to post this carlosh ?

I see Phil Gartside tried to buy the club and that's how Holdsworth got involved whatever anyone says about PG he was a proper Wanderer and a sad loss to BWFC despite all the mistakes he made and it goes without saying we would never have seen the highs we did without his input and influence.

And he bought me 2 bottles of vranac in Belgrade

Seems to me like KA is doing alright under the circumstances , long may it continue.

Is it ok to post this carlosh ?

I don't see why not, as it's a statement.

It speaks for itself, fuck Iles.

Did he say what his favourite biscuit was?

Are they for fucking real?

Are they for fucking real?

honestly they need to be fucked off by sweatyken. its ridiculous.

a board made up of people who want to play champ manager for real. its amazing how they can be such key finance figures yet dont put money in.

It's like they are going to headmaster behind teachers back. They are really annoying me with the way they are going about their business.

I thought the idea of a supporters trust was to be there in the event things go tits up, but if things are going ok, to be there to support/assist in any way they can. They will be nothing more than a glorified BWSA in no time which is a shame as the idea of a supporters trust is a good one

Not an issue for me that the ST are pushing for information the alternative is to do nothing and that has got us in the state we are currently in the ST is whether you like it or not the biggest group of BWFC fans they have consulted with their members and the questions raised asked are as per those consultations. I am very happy that questions are being asked less happy with the tone of some of the ST correspondence.

how an organisation with so few paid up members has the brass neck to pass itself off as somehow representing the fans is beyond me

theyre a set of jumped up cnuts who seem determined to obstruct the owner in what are clearly difficult times

thats what they want to be. pretty sure some of them are ex BWSA who were not voted in there and just want to be BWSA mark 2.

i am not happy as they are trying to ruffle feathers for their own gain. they are not doing it for a love of the club they are doing as they see it as a way to play football manager / owner. they are doing it for their own egos and status. if you don't see this then you are sadly misguided.

It was either insolvency and starting again as the howrich steamers in the northern premier or the andersons and Deano acquired the club.

That's it. They were the only two options.

Unless the Andersons and co are sat on an oil field, this period of transition was always going to happen. We can't buy our way out of trouble. It's going to take years to sort out. Plenty of trust and plenty of patience.

The key is clarity. Something the andersons have given throughout.

The ST don't represent me or anyone else. Wankers.

Obstruct the owner how? The owner is thankfully is listening to all supporters groups and giving them his time and listening to their concerns that is precisely what he should be doing, at least we are now beginning to get some clarification and information as to what is going on. I cannot see what the issue is with that. Its not the ST fault that all fans are not on board although a good few thousand are and that gives them more of a mandate than 20 fans spouting off on here. If you have a beef join up and argue your case and try to change it from within the ST as I am sure there are many different opinions held by many ST members, there might be many members who mirror the comments on here so get yourself heard rather than bleating on here where your opinion has no voice.

EFL state that we can't pay loan fees for players we sign on loan then we are told we have not paid Newcastle their loan fee for Ameobi. All as clear as mud.

the good folk of these type of things dont accept outsiders anyway. you are fighting a losing battle with them

if you want control of your club watch non league.

Personally I agree with mounts although the tactics of the trust can be questioned

the point about the trust seemingly going behind the clubs back is valid , having said that the 'books going in ' is a longer saga than

Emmerdale.

do we get to see the bwfcst financials?

I'm a member, I've informed them they do not represent me in these actions.

What I don't get is that the Football League have given then information re the embargo, I guess it's therefore not a state secret. Why have the BN and Iles been onto them?
