Bellamy's is another good one in Bispham, further down Red Bank Rd on left, opposite Sainsbury's Wasn’t sure if Kay’s was sit in so will definitely stop there. Used to go to Bellamy’s when the kids were young. Very nice!!! I’d be bringing Armstrong’s home as it’s only about 3-4 miles away 2 hours ago, gonzo said: Was just gonna write that but call it the middle chippy, it's former name. Wee bit cheaper than the Bispham Kitchen and better for me. We use Seniors at Marsh Mill Mostly. Belting. @gonzo I’m assuming that Seniors is the same folk as the one in Lytham? That one is superb Fish, Chips and mushy peas, with buttered bread and a mug of tea is my death row meal. Fookin love it

Advantage of that one is a swift pint in Cask, the microbar a few doors up 🍺

They've done really well, think they started in Thornton and now they've opened shops all over the Fylde and as far as Ingol and Wesham. They do offers as well, cheapo Tuesdays and all that caper. Like you say, it's my death row meal and always the first meal back after a holiday ha I'm a babies'yed man though and nick half the wife's fish 8 hours ago, ianofcleveleys said: Yep, we use that Seniors sometimes for our takeaway, bit nearer to home, Bellamy's if we've been in Blackpool. Have you seen Cleveleys now by the way, what a transformation. It's the new Poulton. Bolton should take note!

February 8Feb 8 Dunno if posted elsewhere, but arrests have been made following the Deane Road crash. Doesn't seem directly connected to the accident though. https://www.gmp.police.uk/news/greater-manchester/news/news/2026/february/four-arrests-made-as-investigation-into-fatal-road-traffic-collision-in-bolton-continues/#:~:text=A 42-year-old woman, are all in police custody.

The only let down is they don't do either gravy or rag pudding. New one open near us Very good and it doesn't do kebabs or whatever as a side No gravy either
