I liked his comments about the immigrant "caravan" heading towards the border through Mexico

They said it was inconceivable that there wouldn't be middle Easterns in it, ie terrorists

when asked if there was any evidence there was he said

"There's no proof of anything but there very well could be"

When asked if they made these terrorist claims to Stoke fear ahead of the mid term elections he said

"I'm a very nonpolitical person, and that's why I got elected president"

The guy is a complete plank, how many lies is that now since his inauguration? Some reports have it at 5000+

A politician telling lies, who’d have thunk it

there's a big difference between a politician telling lies and then a US president, the leader of the free world, telling 5000+ lies in less than two years and a US President, the leader of the free world telling 5000+ lies in less than two years and then goes on to spout divisive and toxic rhetoric that has divided a nation. Please don't do your usual and demand a link because I'd be handing you the whole internet

Do your usual? I’ve probably asked for a link 3 times in god knows how many thousand posts, hardly a usual occurrence is it?

Have you seen the state of some of the lies? He got the weather wrong, he was A few numbers out on certain topics etc etc. Yes some have been worse than others but the media are looking at everything he says to try and pick up on something,  (I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you that).

Is it lies that he’s more popular than Obama at this point?

Who told the worst lies?

But its good good to see that he and Obama did agree on some points (just Trump gets hammered for it)

Yeah you are right on everything as usual

Right about what? I’ve asked a few basic questions.

obviously it’s a little bit late/early for you bless. Have a lickle sleep then see if you can answer the questions.

Maybe Trump will lay off the hate speeches, promoting violence and creating division now these bombs have been sent but thankfully intercepted from prominent democrats. Let's hope this will be a watershed moment

...and Clinton lay off her snide remarks; her husband stop acting the Harvey Weinstein with impunity; some of those revolting 'Democrats' on the Kavanaugh hearing reel in their disgusting bile etc.......................but then again, you will only see one side I suppose judging off past comments.

probably not but I'd expect him to tone it down a touch in Wisconsin tonight but i would not be surprised to hear his divisive and toxic rhetoric back in the very near future

You only hear 'toxic rhetoric' from one side. None is so deaf as he who will not hear.

It will be close between you and Ashley Judd which one I think of first when he gets four more years.

You probably did not hear what the pot called the kettle then.

Did it begin with ‘c’ and end in ‘t’

This is a different level of bullshit.

Surely you’re not ok with that?

Oh yes I did. I was sickened. We haven't to use that word have we?

Trump had a pop at George Clooney, calling him part of the "Hollywood Elite"

quite a good retort I thought

All the more reason to despise the Hollywood elite from what I can see. Fuck them.

When did Trump, with his star on the pavement and top running version of "The Apprentice" decide he was no longer part of the Hollywood Elite. He certainly was when it suited.

He has never been part of it. Doesn't attend their 'sundowners' where they plot the overthrow of capitalism (other than their own of course) and is certainly not a regular frequenter of Hollywood celeb entertainment spots I would wager. He is far more at home in the Big Apple in Trump Tower or in Mar a Lago, Florida.

Nowt to do with the liberal elite set out west.

Not his fault if some Vine Street 5 star general decides he deserves a star.

The Big Apple?

Oh, do fuck off.

Trump would appear at the opening of  paper envelope.

especially if he thought it would increase rating for his tv show.

New york is just as full of the 'liberal elite' as LA

came across this article from today about Trump and the elite

https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2018/11/01/donald-trump-elite-trumpology-221953

it's a bit long, got some interesting parts, but the general idea is that Trump is taking back the term "elite"

The word "elites" is just pseudo political speak to be able to put-down those who have greater knowledge, experience or evidence to hand than you do.

It resonates with the man on the street because they want someone to blame for everything so "elites" is a great word.
