Yep - it is weird how these Supreme Court judges are appointed for life…..by the president and congress. Definitely open to abuse based on who holds power in these other two branches. That Kavanaugh guy in particular should never have been appointed when Trump was first in power. I think the Dems plan to add more judges when they next get into government as any of the existing 9 judges are only replaced on death. Dilute the swamp 😂. And so it goes on.

If nothing else Trump has shown just how weak the US constitution is, the fact that (imho) a rogue and unhinged president can wield such unchecked power.
