May 14, 201610 yr Unfair? Get to fuck You just seem to love wankers with the initials GM Tell you what was unfair, seeing that cunt prance about not giving a fuck, pulling out of tackles, being completely bossed by centre halves, subbing himself before a replacement was ready, being more worried about his twatting hair than the game, and leading our line of attack (when he wasn't declaring "injuries") to its most impotent in memory....and knowing he is being paid a fortune That was unfair The big, massive, flat track bully, fanny of a man and I have reeled him in???? Morning jules knew you would bite????

May 14, 201610 yr Last couple of games maher and threkhald looked alright. Would have been fine at this level. Can we afford to replace anyone who's left? I'm glad we're cutting our cloth but next seasons going to be a struggle. Especially whilst the likes of davies and madine continue to rob a living from us.I suspect we've already got Maher's replacement in the form of Lawrie Wilson and it was simply a case of we were going to keep whoever was still under contract.

May 14, 201610 yr Could be interesting if we off load a few better paid players but do not get the transfer embargo lifted.

May 14, 201610 yr Good point on wilson. Was looking forward to seeing few youth players next year but like you say the budget and big contracts are putting pay to that as well. I worry that I can't see what we can recruit.
May 14, 201610 yr I've had a quick look at our squad and I reckon after the cull yesterday, our wage bill still stands at over 7 million, which is too much for league 1. If we can shift players like Amos, Moxey, Spearing, Pratley, Mavies, Trotter and Dervite, Madine too coz I don't like him, this will give us plenty of movement to bring players in. Getting rid of that lot won't be easy. Edited May 14, 201610 yr by Blondi
May 14, 201610 yr If these 2 can't be in the league 1 team of next season they want to hang their boots up. Fucking no chance they'll be in that team. Dog shit
May 14, 201610 yr Any ideas which division you're playing in next year? Will become a decent professional for Div 3/4 We've bombed out of the Championship, some fucker who couldn't get into the worst side in living memory, sorry but they aren't going to help us storm back.
May 14, 201610 yr Carlos is correct - FWIW I reckon the appointment of a quality manager sooner rather than later is far more important than arguing the toss over the loss of Academy kids - if they were any good they would have been in the team. Sourcing a new boss is paramount, if that means cuts elsewhere to fund..... so be it.

May 16, 201610 yr Dunno - Wilder sounded a decent option but he doesnt want it prefering Shef Utd. I would have preferred Sheridan to Phil Brown but again that aint happening either. It was claimed we had 50 "Live" applicants - who are they? Sorry I have more questions than answers.
