Indeed. Double whammy, Wrexham were in fine form at the time and for both to happen was special.

Jermaine Johnston coming off the bench to hold the ball up in the last few minutes as they flapped about trying to the ball back was a particular highlight.

 

It's been covered in another thread but that ricketts goal is best strike of a ball I've ever seen live.

 

Closely followed by the one at Leicester that had it not nearly broke the goal would have exited earths atmosphere.

Worked at Tetra Pak for quite a while and got to know a few of their frontline lads plus another on awol. They said it was by far and out the biggest turnout ever at their ground. Only rivalled by Everton 04ish.
