  • Ah, those lads who wanted their country back , upset by foreigners who came over on boats pinching  all the houses and land and changing the native culture and not assimilating into it.  thought you

  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Love Thursday darts night. I get to watch all the shite I love. Tonight will be Emily in Paris.

Sounds like a porno. It isn't.

Is it me that's only just discovered True Detective? Always 8 years behind.

First season is incredible second season I just couldn’t get into but I’ve been told  to stick it out because it picks up and the 3rd season is brilliant

I gave up on Homeland again the other month. I can't get past season 3 for the life of me.

The apprentice is back, extra interest as I worked with one of them. Amy is amazing, totally on it, she's already made a decent wedge out of her businesses. Total American never say no and it usually works. Plus she's dead nice, in fact last time we went out was the posh fish place Leith.

Be interested to see how they edit it. Had mates settung the tasks before and it's a total shit show.

It’s cringe crash tv but I fuckin love it

Amy's already had enough of these tools.

It looks like a man doing yoga who’s been shot in the face

AND THEY’VE SPELT BOUJEE WRONG

The only people worse than the contestants on the Apprentice are the people who watch it.

It’s fucking toss.

Not sure why, but I'm watching it now. Like the rest, she comes across as a fucking moron. Maybe it's clever editting and they're all geniuses being unfairly portrayed. But I doubt it.

She's not a genius, but she is very bright and very, very well off already.

Stay with it. Plough on. There’s the odd shit season and storyline but it’s really worth it. I was like you and nearly gave it up but glad I carried through to the end

The Apprentice? Really? You won't get those hours back - is it 2009? You're sacked. Any fucker can be really, really well off who can count to ten, has a grand and no moral fibre. Pile of shite.

Love the Apprentice. Its a modern day Upper Class Twit Of The Year Show.

Of course it's all about the edit. Its a TV show for god's sake.

I honestly do not remember this happening and when Flintoff was playing I was really into cricket almost as much as football, but I’m looking forward to watching it

It is fascinating stuff Rudy. Currently watching it (first two episodes so far) on Sky Documentaries.

Now then, jumping subjects. Me and the missus just completed Four Lives and watched the follow up called summat like "How Police Failed to Apprehend The Grindr Killer".

Can someone please tell me how many rozzers lost their jobs after that farce? Fucking hell, I'd expect my 4 year old grandson to be able to piece the first two murders together and realise that Stephen Port was the common denominator. As the victims families have said, the Barking coppers must have been either bone idle, utterly thick or just didn't give a fuck because the four lads were gay.

aye, I was of that mindset also for years

anyone still blaming the scousers haven't bothered looking at the evidence or, to make it easier, watched the documentary, and, ironically, just want to blame someone else because it suits them

...and anyone who suggests that ticketless drunks had no impact is mentally challenged as far as I am concerned.

Now then, Heysel.........

Whether they were drunk and/or ticketless has fuck all to do with it. The police failed spectacularly and lied, lied and lied some more to cover up for their mistakes.

Heysel is also completely irrelevant.

FWIW,  before I watched it I was also in the camp of saying Liverpool fans should also shoulder some of the blame.

The OB need to be in the volcano Liverpool fans were never to blame. The covering up was and still is absolutely astounding and yeah Heysel is relevant and a separate incident which they should and have been held accountable for.

Not as mentally challenged as someone who ignores all the evidence and subsequent inquiries surely?

TBF they got banned from Europe for 6 years

ok, so did other English teams but it's not like anyone else won anything other than Liverpool in those days

Everton were guilty by association so also got what they deserved missing out on a few jollies

Yeah they were punished and rightly so.

I used to watch it every year, not seen it for about 6 or 7 years now I reckon. As a format, I think it's time is done. I might tune into see if there is any decent totty on it though...

I also know that @L/H White  will be watching to perv over Karren Brady
