Poorest of the ones I've caught, a whole plot line seemed to just end without explanation, ending seemed rushed.

I did the same on the first episode, binned it off but caught some of episode 3 whilst the wife was watching and it got better and drew me in again

My 9 year old has just got me into Attack on Titan! 😁

The 1st 2 series of that are phenomenal viewing. Goes a bit meandering after that still good but about 2 times as many episodes as needed to tell the story which can happen with Japanese shows.

Its one of the best tv series out there not just anime.

It's very good at keeping away from being to off the wall bonkers and over the top lewd like a lot of Japanese stuff can do.

Do you reckon 9 is too young? There's been a few bits I've winced at on his behalf - but he doesn't seem phased. He seemed happy enough with someone's mum getting her legs crushed and then bitten in two by a giant in episode 1 🤣

It probably is a bit young but if he's made it through episode 1 the rest of it isn't going to upset them.

Much like Game Of Thrones don't get too attached to any characters as folk die left right and centre
