Always think these things should be kept out the media until fully investigated. Can get fairly toxic before anyone really knows the truth.

Sounds like he’s had moments of being a bit weird & inappropriate with his humour. If he’s made a pattern of it then he can’t complain if he’s out of a job. Being that high up brings certain responsibilities. 
 

See what comes out of it all though. There may be more come forward now.
