He was reachable in our price Bracket this was two seasons back when we needed a ratter in front of our defence when Evatt persisted on keeping Sheehan.....Technically good on the ball and can find a pass, but at last he is the Bastard we have craved......Not very big

Not usually one for going on the Wigan forum but toys are well and truly out of the pram. All counts for nowt unless we get the better of them in this coming season but a nice thing to dwell on in passing. 

One thing is for sure, that midfield looks a lot more solid than it did, and the rest of the team is shaping up the same way. Let's hope this translates in to no rolling over in derbies, starting with Stockport on the Sunday after next.
