I'd be very surprised if Wycombe are in a position to pay 1/2 million on any player.

FFS. This isn't Behind The Stands. Most folk come on here to read bullshit rumours and conjecture, with the odd bit of accurate stuff thrown in. It's boring as fuck reading your personal squabbles.

We've just won promotion using a gaggle of players nobody else wanted, littered with injury plagued loanees and players that were cast as cart horses, one trick ponies and generally weak as piss.

They are owned by someone worth over 5billion

I'm ok with selling Morley but not in January. Both those teams (Luton/Wycombe) can easily make the playoffs with a good run and we don't want to be strengthening rivals. Keep the squad depth as much as possible. I'm sure players will leave but we know how good Morley was at Wycombe last time.

Do we?

I've seen Morley play 50-60 odd times for Bolton. Don't think I ever saw him play for Wycombe. Would be surprised if anyone on here saw him play a significant number of times for them.

Sure he's a nice lad and he's been a good pro here. But I'd back my own eyes and say I'd sell him to anyone for half a million.

You know it wouldn't all be up-front, right?

Who do you think we should sell to then? He isn't going to the championship or league two

If we're in a position of having a clear out before we buy then the ones who would would fetch the most money are likely to go to a potential rival

Feels a bit "wrong" somehow, selling one of "our own", but he clearly isn't getting a regular gig, and when he does, he doesn't rip up trees.

Still got a decent length of contract too, so if someone does come sniffing- then I reckon we should take that sort of money.

If we could get a strong/dynamic midfielder in, with an eye for goal, or maybe a genuine goalscorer up top, and that money contribute towards it, then bring it on.

He's in the squad for every match and Schuey has signed him twice

And get Dapo back, he’s out of favour at St Pauli.

So is Miller......Gale is fit now no need for Sissoko

And Schuey only signed him once

SS left Plymouth a year before Sissoko joined them.

You've tempted fate there! Unless you're just stating a fact that Gale is fit "now".  Might not be tomorrow.  There's no way SS is getting rid of Sissoko without a direct replacement, for rotation and back up purposes at least.

Everyone is telling me we have TuTu as back up

He's never felt like one or own to me, I know he was on our books early doors but he came through at Rochdale and played nearly 100 games for them before we signed him where he's played a similar number of games

Agreed, never really had that rapport with him.

Wish him well though, hopefully the money raised strengthens us in another position we are currently lacking.

I'd walk over hot coals to get your man Maghoma in that No10 position.

By christ he'd be everything we are missing in that area.

Tell our defence two things do not go past the 18 yard box and go direct ....Have two midfielders who can pass in front of them ie Dempsey Sheehan/Erhahon

Then a front 4 of Gale, Paris, Dapo and ACD

Just run at the defence

I know he will play there from time to time, but I get the impression Tutu is equally a back up for Christie at RB, with JDC looking like he's history as far as first team regular is concerned.

Anyway I don't quite get how we can just send a player back that we've got on a season long loan?  With maximum squad sizes etc, say we've sent 2 or 3 out on a season long loan to make room for others to come in, how could we take them back?  We're upto the max squad size as it is, surely a team can't just send someone back when they've agreed to have them for the season.

I'd be happy with that in the championship never mind L1.  Even knowing there would be games where we'd all be saying they didn't turn up and we'd be frustrated by them disappearing for half an hour at a time.
