Berra has always been shite. Theres a reason hes spent best pary of his career up there.

Be interesting to see if this young lad from Longridge is counted in senior squad at end of January. I suspect not if Keith gets all his targets in

at 18, he doesn't need to take a squad place, he's still eligible to play anyway.

I'd rather go for non league players on permanent contracts then get loan players. Loans just seem a waste of time, we should be building for next season. I'm not expecting Faal to do much for a few months if at all but definitely worth a punt. Lad from Enfield is now played 5 matches for charlton and he only signed for them in October which is encouraging, then obviously you've got Wright, Vardy etc who came from non league, seems shrewd move to go into that market... ps Eagles is a massive no from me, he thought he was too good for us few years back he'll think hes jesus now, lazy show pony and a red

Someone on the Bolton Evening news website is not happy we not brought in more ambitious signings this month, even though its the 8th day in the January transfer window,we  under a transfer embargo & got fuck all money. Thank god we're not a fan owned club...

He put this on the comment section:

("Rumour has it things are not well behind the scenes. The health of the football side of FV seems second to the financial dealings.
I would have expected ambitious signings this month. What we get is a couple of "maybe's" and a lad deemed not fit to play for the only team with a worse record than ours!!
I'm grateful we still have a club and something to shout about but fans should now have the true situation explained.
Marc - go and ask Emma Sharon and Michael about how they intend to settle the debts from L1 and potentially L2 business plans".)

The people who post on the Bolton News website all have to sit in the same room as they share a pooled brain cell. Absolute nonsense. 

In our position signing Faal is the definition of ambitious. That's the way to go - not signing up journeymen on big bucks all the time.

Definitely for me is the right direction we are taking bringing in non league players, they will have a better attitude & hopefully appreciate the opportunity we have provided.

Plus lads mature at different rates. Like the Bournemouth goalie, you can get a weedy 16 year old who is discarded being suddenly a strong 20 year old.

This does show what a cruel sport football is though that it can just turn you from 16 to 20. Probably should be banned. Does any other sport do this? Well darts does, lose about 25 years. The fat cunts.

Bolton. Taking an interest in Adam Jackson at Hibs. English lad. Defender. Casting the net wide. Not for green light for Wheater and Dunne as yet.

not set the world alight at hibs. Seen him play a couple of times this season. one of heckinbottoms ill fated signings alongside vela. He had him at Barnsley and didn’t really play him there massively so unsure why he then re-signed him up at hibs. 
 

has only been picked once since Jack Ross took over so obviously not felt up to it

What @Escobarp said. Heckingbottom had him at Barnsley and took him to Hibs, even though he'd played less than 40 games in three seasons and Ross has barely touched him. 73 senior games played and he's 25. Make of that what you will.

Marc Bola being mentioned now he would be a decent loan to bring in, was very good at Blackpool last season.
