I mentioned Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in a previous post. A 15 year old wonder kid! Well we have 17 year old Joe Moores. A great knock of 55 today. Showed up the experienced top order. Wasn’t enough though

  • On paper, the best batting line up we've had since Atherton, Crawley & Fairbrother, if not before.   On grass, absolute shite so far.

I know the sticks went flying. But could Lancs have still run with it being a no ball?

Appears we were technically robbed doesn’t it. Bummer.

It should have been put to bed at least a couple of overs earlier

Campaign group got the signatures to force a special general meeting to make the board vote against further removal of county championship matches. Club responded  by scheduling it at 9am on a workday, announced in a series of tweets designed to make it look like they chose to hold the meeting themselves. Pretty shabby.

Can you expand on this removal of matches please?

On the face of it, it doesn't help the test team.

26 wickets in a day?

Kinell.

At least England did well.

Lancs effectively 49/6. 60 more runs could win the game!

Just how shit was the pitch?

Just seen.

Ridiculous in reality.

Hampshire also had a dodgy pitch.

Lancashire staff not happy and quite right too. Depriving fans of something to watch.

Must have been moving square.

Not as bad as the scores would suggest.

Some really really shit batting too.

Comprehensive victory against the champions.

Tom Hartley 3/28 & 5/52.

Not a bad season - Yorkshire scum relegated, we reached the final of both cups and bottled the run chase from a position of strength in each, and ended the season by battering the champions elect by an innings and plenty.

I notice Root was playing golf with Piers Morgan this week rather than cricket for Yorkshire in a relegation decider.

That can't have gone down well.

Very interesting members forum tonight.

Looks like the L.A.G got everyone in a twist.
