I'm not that arsed what happens to her personally, but I can't see why this is being seen as a tough stance by The Saj. Actually doing something would be a tough stance - chucking her in prison, hanging her for treason, whatever.

If she's that dangerous, trying to palm her off on a country she's never visited is just inward looking cowardice (which we're particularly good at these days). If she masterminds an attack in Bangladesh, is that ok?

No, but it would illustrate that correctness of our decision.

It is a fair point to suggest we should deal with her here, though I'm not convinced our current law means we can punish he sufficiently.

Perhaps by doing this, we can improve them, so that by the time the lawyers have done their bit, we can lock her up for a long time should she win her case.

She's also on foreign soil, were she has supported a terrorist organisation. No problem if a government over there decided to lock her up permanently.

We can't deal with her properly because of the laws brought in by do gooding types over the years.

Javid has actually been quite firm in his stance since becoming the Home Secretary.

He didn’t hold back on the grooming gangs and he’s made his position pretty clear here.

The previous incumbents were clowns, he’s trying to be firm and help clean things up a bit.

I was responding to your situation where she goes and kicks off elsewhere; in that situation it would show that we were right not to to bring her back.

Fwiw, I dont for one moment think she should be allowed into Bangladesh or anywhere else.

It's quite simple really, she made a choice to piss off and support a terrorist group. She can stay there and live with the consequences.
