Govt can do no more than play with a straight bat, and ensure all nations are treated equally with regard to vaccine numbers, distribution, personnel etc. I saw the SNP asking the minister yesterday, if the British government would match the £500 payments they were making to certain service personnel. The reply pointed out the higher taxation in Scotland that was effectively being used to fund it. Quote
