Yeah, its not even close to a trade deal. I mean it's nice that we actually have a PM who actually has a modicum of competence, and not total bumbling idiots like the last two and we've iched a bit closer but the fact that there have been very little details released show that this is a political soft pact. 

It's not a trade deal as was promised, I mean this was and still in the line from Sunak himself;

“For a while now, that has not been a priority for either the U.S. or U.K.,” he said. “What we’re both focused on is making sure that our economic partnership reflects the particular challenges and opportunities of the time that we’re in right now.”

Which is a bit of green tech, providing some other tech components - somethng about batteries etc I looks like we're pitching at being smaller but faster acting which really is our only route as we're on the outside looking in at the bigger US/EU discussions.
