In the most concise way possible, she’s summed up exactly what people are voting for.

Policies? Pffff

Indeed. It could be revealed that he was part of some Satanic Paedophile Cult, and folk would still claim him to be "Churchillian" and hang on his every word and suggest that he's only be brought down by some sinister woke, left leaning cabal.

He is though, laughing all the way to the bank, he's still going to be making millions from his after dinner speaking circuits. Then, as soon as that looks like it might start to dry up, mark my words, he'll make himself "relevant" again by publicly announcing that Brexit was a huge mistake after all, just so he can get himself back in the limelight

Consecutive years of exports dropping for manufacturers.

And for what? So we can keep the exact same arrangements we had before 2016.

The EU haven’t lost anything if you read that.

Just heard a few minutes of Jeremy Vine of Radio 2. He's getting people to phone in and say what they'd write in a leaving card to Boris Johnson. One woman literally started crying, calling him "Churchill-personified", and that everyone is just "jealous of his charisma and character and his beautiful blonde hair". Fucking embarrassing.

😂dear god!

Something will need to give, EV car sales have dropped off a cliff anyway, this situation certainly won't help anybody. The UK and the EU are still miles away, in comparison to China with regards to battery production, so both need to pull their fingers out. Over the coming couple of years, we can expect to see a whole host of Chinese manufactured EV's flooding the European market, and it'll be interesting to see how the European manufacturers cope/compete

I think on here, theres only the three stooges @bolty58 @globaldiver @Tonge moor green jacket still not admitting hes a cunt, shes a cunt, theyre all cunts

Even @Boby Brno is beyond producing graphs!

😊 I’ve been away. I’d have been happy to be included in the esteemed stooges company. Johnson has been a dead man walking since he resigned as PM. Corbyn, his opponent in the 2019 election was ousted from Labour and is now an independent. Since then, Hancock, Rabb, Dorries etc. have all announced they’ll be standing down as MP’s.
Just like Labour have (allegedly) purged the left in the party, the Tories seem to be doing the same.
Looking at it objectively, if that’s possible on here, the two parties will have a completely new look come the next election.

Only a loss of 500k car sales, mainly German manufacturers and a country who are already in a recession. They need to smell the coffee.

You seem to be forgetting that we hold all the cards.

I think this is the telling part of that article

Quote

Maroš Šefčovič, the EU commissioner responsible for UK relations, said in May that the bloc would not budge because it wanted to encourage carmakers to invest in domestic battery-making capacity.

The EU wants the EU car manufacturers/members to get a fucking move on and invest in battery making. The fact that the EU and the UK are so far behind is pretty disgraceful really. The EU is a mile behind in this.......and we're even further back. If we don't do something about it, then we could see the end of car manufacturing (other than very basic "assembly" here in the UK, as we'll just not be able to compete)  - and whilst that's a bit of an issue here in the UK, it's an even bigger issue for the Germans, as far as I can remember, there are only 2 decent automotive grade battery manufacturing plant in Germany (which is 2 more than we have of course) - I think Hungary and Poland have a few between them, but other than that, it's all a bit shit across Europe. For comparison, our main battery supplier (who doesn't do EV batteries, they're concentrating on Home Storage) says there are 70 or 80 "super plants" across China churning these things out, for both EV and Home Storage markets

same as the Farmers and the Fisherfolk, fuck them, they knew what they were voting for. Tough shit.

I happen to know that the UK’s drive to greener energy is costing us more than it is in Germany, and almost certainly the rest of the EU.

We are importing products and paying more than Fritz.

Winners and losers

Key word in that being "IF". Not that it makes it any less corrupt if she isn't his daughter. Something incredibly fishy has gone on, either way.

She was an intern 5 years ago.

And now he wants her in the Lords.

He’s either made her out of his jizz or she’s full of it.

Happy to be associated with graphs/facts. I posted facts about Brexit on the original thread which was why I thought it was a bad idea. Depending on peoples opinions, which everyone has, some agreed, some didn’t. That’s democracy for you.
Talking about the original Brexit thread, I seem to recall we had a vote which pretty much predicted the final outcome. Do any of our mods have the details? It’ll be interesting to know how many people voted on our poll compared with how many are still debating it.

Surely that can't be true.......I know the man has no shame, but if it's found out to be true, then he'll just look absolutely ridiculous (not that he'll care)

Fuck it

He does nothing but lie, why shouldn’t everyone else have a go? 😁

Mate -sorry to break it to you, but you're associated with nothing of the sort.

Now, where are those crayons?
