September 12, 20178 yr Anyone travelling here from the north deserves a pat on the back, even if we ignore the fact that were bottom of the league. Horrible journey, backward town, poor pubs (a lot don't allow away fans) and a poor atmosphere in the ground too. Only positive is that's its next to the station, but even that journey is through London, from the north west. I wouldn't be there even if we were top of the league.

No not too bad at all really, get on at Grantham to Norwich (on that Liverpool-Norwich one that goes via Manchester) then Norwich to Ipswich, shouldn't be much more than 90 mins each way. September 12, 20178 yr Went when we were last in the Championship and we lost 1-0 due to Tyrone Mears giving away a cheap penalty. One decent pub in the whole town and even that's a fair walk away from the stadium
