Never been to Edinburgh but would like to go - I hear it's stunning but tourist trap places generally get on my tits no matter how quaint they are. I'd settle for anywhere in Scotland that had a pub with an extensive spirit selection and some good ale. Mentioned before the Bon Accord in Glasgow, absolutely beltin pub.
