Think I'm somewhere on the fence most of the time, but do laugh at old Bernard Manning videos. And used to refer to my corner shop in what would now be classed as deragotry and racist. Oh, and other misdemeanours at football matches when I was much, much younger and easily led by the "hard lads" in the Burnden Paddock. And in latter years hate the lack of integration amongst various cultural groups. I've spoken to some of those groups and their racist beliefs towards the "typical white British citizen" are equally as strong as the reverse. Yep, racism does and is working both ways.

I do think black lives matter and that things could probably be done to make life better - but some of that has to come from within.

Equally, if the snowflakes decide to desecrate any more statues, attack police and loot shops - I'd be more than happy for our footie lads and ex vets to get stuck in. Probably not the most sensible of statements. But enough is enough. The police have clearly lost the plot for fear of "upsetting" someone.

Right, I'm off to stream "White Chicks" before it gets removed by Netflix for upsetting Maureen in Staines.

I'm absolutely amazed at Sadiq Khan and the media calling 100 football lads going to London to protect Statues from (filthy cunts) far right, I knock about with loads of lads who go to football, wear Adidas trainers and CP/Stone Island stuff and I dont know any of them who are far right or racist. I go watching England all over the world and anyone who says anything racist is called out immediately. The England lads police themselves. What utter bollocks. It’s possible he was referring to the groups such as Britain First who have apparently turned up, rather than the football fans.

We had this debate last night. If he’s said that everyone attending the counter protests is a far right extremist then he is out of order. But the tweet posted on here (which is all I have seen) didn’t say that - it said that the extreme right wing groups are not welcome.

Just been for a walk with the little un, load of lads at the war memorial in Westhoughton, walked past them saw a couple of recognised a few of them from Bolton matches sat chatting away, all peaceful all happy, no issues at all.

Glad to hear it. Although Khan isn’t talking about Westhoughton - he is focused on London, where it seems there has been violence.
