Get Legal Cover on your household and car insurance and use one to sue the other. Be prepared to settle for an undisclosed cash sum out of court.

Reminds me of a true story in America (so I believe).

A chap had some expensive cigars and smoked them, then had the idea of claiming on his insurance as lost by fire.

The insurance company refused to pay out, so it went to court. The chap won and the insurance company was told to pay up.

The insurance company then reported the chap to the police who was then arrested for arson.
