He was fine standing outside the courts, but the encroachment onto the disabled steps means he breached his bail conditions.

Had they not been found guilty and this was the sentencing stage?

As for the steps, he asked the police if they were classed as part of the court and got off them when he was told they were.........

Nazir Azfal the fine former CPS chief for the North West explains in detail on twitter how the defendants could use Robinson’s actions as part of an attempt to make an appeal of prejudice against the trial.

Azfal also says the Rochdale case almost collapsed due to similar actions, but he saved the day.

If that is true, then obviously restrictions need to be in place, so as not to prejudice the other case

That’s correct but someone inside the court building got wind of it and checked his bail conditions then sent the orders down to arrest him for breaking his bail conditions from Colchester 2017.

The police who he spoke to outside were most unlikely to be aware of the bail conditions.

The Grooming gang consisted on 29 men all of who were charged, most with child rape, supplying class a drugs to children other offences against children. Because of the size of the gang they have been put into groups and 3 trials arranged. The first 10 have been convicted and sentenced, the second 10 have been convicted and where due to be sentenced on Friday, the final 9 have not yet been to court. The reporting restrictions were put in place so that the jury of trial 2 and 3 are were not influenced by the outcome of trial 1. It has nothing to do with the victims. TR should have filmed it and exposed them after trial 3 was concluded but the pillock live streamed it live, not the jurors but the gang members asking questions such as 'Is that your jail bag' ect there were demonstrations in Melbourne, Adalaide and Sydney today, Also in Tel Aviv. There are demonstrations in Perth and throughout the US this week all free Tommy Robinson marches so he made himself even more popular than ever, the sceptical side of me believes this is exactly what he wanted.
