On Saturday on the train from St Pancras to Luton got talking to a lad (mixed race, white & middle eastern I'd guess) who was also going to the game. He's a ST holder. We talked about how Luton were doing. He pointed out where the new ground is to be built. Seemed a nice lad.

I mentioned TR to him and his thoughts. He said that he's known TR since school days, and that TR is a good lad....

I was shocked especially when he also stated that he's a Muslim....

I asked him if was on the WU? He seemed genuine, and said so no he wasn't on a WU.

Okay then, if you do know TR then can you tell him he's a cunt & a grifter..... He said he would 😁

I think my point is that some folk are easily led, or just don't understand what some folk are really like...

The modern day “Christians”. Use religion to drive politics. None of these people actually believe in god. They think it’ll just make them some money and let ‘faith’ protect them legally.

my take on it is because Islamaphobia and far right politics are not extremists carrying out terrorist attacks

whilst we have seen in the past extremists like to carry out attacks where large groups of people come together, specifically Christmas markets in Germany, so it's best to not give them to opportunity to do it here

I suspect if mosques came under a spate of attacks during ramamdam due to Islamaphobia or far right politics, they too would see enhanced security and protection

The anti terror barricades are up, because of numerous attacks over recent years by some extreme Islamists - there is absolutely no denying that

Islamaphobia and far right politics are 100% on the rise in Europe, there is absolutely no denying that.....in all probability, because of above mentioned terror attacks. If Mosques do start to get attacked then I'm sure they will also start to see safety measures put in place

A lot of questionable funding goes to all parties.

Especially when a donor has a different political view to your own.

The only way to stop it is to bring in fixed anounts for each party that are paid out of state funds.

That will never happen though, as I can't see a single party ever voting for it.
