Taylor release, Burke, steer well clear, Henry, release, Flanagan get to fuck Beevers Keep, the rest I agree with.

Thought Burke did ok tbf

 

Can we not terminate Buckley’s contract

 

Beevers is s major weak link

Burke isn’t very good.

 

Henry - give that man another year. He was unbelievable yesterday. Clearly we need better around him. Or he would be cover ideally for someone better. However I’d be happy for him to stay,

I'd keep Beevers and Wheater but use them as the reserve centre backs. Release Dervite and Derik - get in two new frontline centre halves.

Just seen that video by Wheater and Vela on Instagram where that Davo Howarth says Vela is signing for Derby in 2 weeks....they then end it v v quickly.

 

Hard to tell anything as they’re clearly fucked and been up since yesterday

If derby go up, they won't want Vela. If they stay down, I doubt very much they'd want him.

 

I like Vela but let's face it, he's very average championship at best

I'd like to try and keep Kirchoff too, see whether he can hack it with a proper pre season behind him. He's quality if and that's a big if, fit

Based on the whole season, I would keep:

Then see who is available this summer and try and build a better defence, find a midfield player who can pass the ball forward accurately and of course a couple of strikers and try and build a solide Championship squad. Jusr awaiting news of warchest and whether Parky is still there, which in my opinion I would thank him but let him go

I woud still keep wheater but he needs a more pacy or ball player alongside him.

Beevers is a third tier player.

Vela needs a target man to play off. Different player yesterday when he had Wilbs to run off. He came alive. Was good over Christmas period too playing off Madine. But he needs that sort of player to full flourish.

Time to let Pratley go. He's struggled with fitness and cost us a fortune. A fresh start for both parties.

Tbh, was on the fence with quite alot of our squad, but one thing is vital, we do need a big target man up top, someone like Matt Smith or Jutkiewicz would be ideal.
