They're generally only a couple of carriages at the best of times but are exceptionally busy at this time of year with people travelling from the airport to the Edinburgh Festival so try and get a Glasgow bound train if you can.

 

If we end up on the train then we'll get a Virgin from Wigan. Not often you get to say that.
