There’s no trains anyway so it will be Wigan line for most won’t it?

Seen a letter today to Sheffield United fans advising them Chorley town council and its businesses will no longer welcome large groups of football fans using the town as a stopping off point as its intimidating the locals.

Not sure how they'll enforce it, but may affect the plans of some of ours for this one

Im cant imagine the local landlord will be pleased with this

Wiggin the solution joe baxi to the pie mecca then express to Preston (14 mins)

I expect so (it is for coming via Manc anyway) but it's interesting to see how this will go down over time

Wigan at home as well that day, could get tasty

We've booked a return taxi

12 from town, home at 6

Room for two sensible pisscans if you get in touch

You hardly see the Pie Munchers in town when they play at home, must admit, they had a mob last week waiting for a coach all with bags of ale early doors going to Villa in town.

Prob sell 2.5-3k max, never that well attended this fixture. Hopefully sell more with some good results over the next few games!

We sold 3400 last season for a Friday night live on TV game. 4 of us going this time who couldn’t be arsed last season for a start. I’ll be surprised if less than 3500 get sold

in

Will be close to a sell out this despite the fubar transport.

If we are within touching distance of the playoffs come Christmas we’ll see a big increase in away followings

Nearly sold out

In for first away (if you can call it that) hope to take in more aways this seasons as I’ve rearranged my lads tennis lesson to a Friday night.

On the radio they were saying it was coaches dropping off in the centre and intimating the locals. Use one of the pubs outside the centre was what the bellend said. But there is no enforcement. Chorley it is then!

It's a Northern Rail strike day that Saturday.

Wigan NW on Virgin or Manc Picc on TPE.

Not sure how old you are, but in times past there seemed to be bigger followings than that.

4-1 on their plastic pitch felt like there were loads.

Could be wrong like but that's how it felt.

Going back further than that to Sir Roger Hunts debut it felt like half of Bolton was there that day

One of my favourites that !!

Train to Piccadilly for us, then Preston via Wigan. Not too bad for us.

In.

In plus 5. Bout time we played these on a Saturday for once. Remember going Deepdale early 90s, away end so rammed they opened up home enclosure for us. Come on Bolton let’s take over the place and beat the bastards. Can’t wait for this.

Fuck me sideways. Didn’t realise it was a strike day.
