That consortium consists of a number of people of differing nationalities and is being fronted by a British National as we discussed both publicly and privately. Nationalities of the individuals within the consortium include American, Bahrain and British (I believe I disclosed two to you). My guess is that the source of funding is somewhat blurred or alternatively your consortium are working on a plan that involves the Bahraini bid not coming off.
