nixon reporting if you beleive mcgennis off to abadeen

He was  contracted till next summer wasn’t he? I’m guessing they are all free to do what they want due to not being paid for so long.

They have to give notice in order to walk

Most of them have been walking since August.

Depending on what or who you believe, a fair few handed their notices in last week.

I’ve no supporting evidence but it would hardly be a surprise.

It may not do us any harm to have a complete clean slate least everyone will be on wages we can afford and then after a few years of stability maybe living within our means then maybe sell club cleanly and move upwards from there

problem is we will have to get a whole new squad before season starts. with possible admin and then new owners installed  possible new manager,

its gonna be tough going i reckon

Difficult to work out whether it's a good or bad thing if certain players go now, at least until we have a clearer picture of what our finances are likely to be like going forward and what our penalty is. I just hope we don't end up struggling against the likes of Bury.

Tbh couldn't care less if they all walk worst bunch of spineless players ever to put on a wanderers shirt good riddance.

Keep the kids, the rest can fook off.

security told at forest not to let bassini in to director box

Just to be objective we are dropping down a division & will be limited on recruitment so careful what you wish for.

Would'nt say they were all spineless the likes of Wheater Vela O'Neil Lowe plus the goalkeepers will be assets in a lower league along with those underused by Parkinson ie Little & Oz.

Beevers will easily get another club imo dont expect he will stay , would keep him though based on his last Div 1 stats.

As for the rest .....addios

I think we will be struggling against everyone if we are on -20 points and under an embargo. It's not going to be for the faint hearted.

A spine would be a start - Matthews,Wheater,Beevers,O'Neil,Turk, Kinell, Magennis.

Fill in with new hungry lads around them.

Good enough for Div 1 Shirley?

Not sure about that judging by this season...and don't call me Shirley!!!

If we need a spine, then it has to be new players. There isn’t a spine in this set of bastards at all

Im struggling to see anything past us being liquidated. Really got a bad feeling about it now. Shits getting serious.

Amen to that. I’d give anything to be on -20 playing Gillingham in August

In all seriousness you think our club in its current situation will attract players equal to or better than our 2 keepers, 3 centre backs, Lowe, Oz, Ameobi, Noone, Connell and McGennis?  I fear every single player starting our next game (hoping there is one), will be far worse.

Sum of the parts init?

worse players but a competent manager. Maybe we’ll be better?

Not even bothered about how competitive we will be next season, as long as we have a club I'll take it.

just goota ride it out thing will get better hopefully season after. just hope any new owner may be able to argue the points deduction for players not playing. if none of them are here plus  it wasnt his club then

For me, just players that have a heart and really want to play for us would be a start, most of this current lot, don't want to be here,  you could blame Anderson, blame Parkinson and his useless tactics and player recruitment, but just a bit of passion and pride wouldn't be a bad thing to gets fans back on board.

We have a losing mentality in the pitch so  I would not be too bothered if they all leave as well as the manager.Maybe try and keep oneill lowe oz and maybe the goalkeepers but that's it for me.
