How seriously though has he managed to get a court injunction on the club when he’s not passed a fit & proper test from the EFL?

I agree on the ffp etc with the efl.

Presumably though, the court (if true) doesn't accept that: if Bassini has somehow illustrated sufficient funds were available at the time to buy the club; then he may have a case.

To be honest, no one knows anything anymore, we're all just guessing.
