Yes I was there, can only remember it because of Ted mcminn.

Didn’t he end up losing a leg?

When was the night game when it all went off outside our end and the Zulus came across the grass. Anyone remember?

I was there that night. Remember the noise as they emerged from the far side of the grass. Perhaps everyone should have stayed firm and started singing men of harlech? :)

cant remember when it was, but a 3-1 win?

2nd season, okocha scored his first goal for us to equalise, Gardner sent off shortly after, lost 3-1, bottom of the table

We only took about the same in 2011 in the premier league

We used to take about 300 to Everton if it was a night game.

3 1 win was an afternoon kick off

But dark after

Would've said it was Sunday but probs saturday

I was referring to mounts' match. :)

I would imagine Zulus were active quite frequently.

May well be right about the time. Was definitely dark after.

I seem to remember 2-2 draw at West Bromwich around the same time. Probably wrong, as the decades seem to merge.

That game with the zulus was Christmas, around 1990.. Dave McKay was their manager, they hammered us but we won 3-1.

Walker was fast that was it

Although he's scored about 20 this season for Mansfield, yes it's div 2 but the only players in our squad that could do that are Ameobi and Oztumer. But yes walker was crap for us just like every striker is.

Aye. I thought it was before the 100 goals season.

Look at where we've been in the intervening years

3-5-2 with 2 up front according to bbc gmr radio.

Rotherham already losing at Hull

Not sure I can take Tony Gale for 90 mins

Noones crossing is dogshit.

I'll tell you what pisses me off. How you can't listen to the match online. The greedy bastards.

Nice to see ameobi benched

may do him good

I agree he's below par but Noone keeping his place is a joke as is the lack of Oz.

Noone is so shit. Lovely touch to get around the defender then tonks his cross into the stands.

who's doing the co-commentary on the red button?

Apart from the crosses it sounds like Noone has started well

Someone needs to tell Tony Gayle there’s nothing “lively” about the pitch... our players just don’t have a first touch!
