September 8, 20196 yr When I was a Christmas Casual on the post in 1968 I was riding shotgun to a parcel delivery driver. The round included Walkers Brewery. The commissionaire gave tokens to visitors entitling the bearer to a pint of mild or a half of bitter in the canteen.

September 8, 20196 yr Rolling Rock. Might be on my own but an ice cold light beer at the end of the day is top stuff.

September 8, 20196 yr My underage days were spent supping pints of labatts in what is now the ale House in Horwich Don't think I've seen it since then
September 8, 20196 yr Beck's on draught. Plenty of it about four or five years ago but can't find it anywhere now.
September 8, 20196 yr Dark mild. When I stared boozing this was my drink of choice. Loved it. Then I found out I was allergic to it. Bollox, I had to change my drinking habit. Then a couple of years ago I saw it on draft and i was tempted by the dark side once again. For old times sake I risked the blotches and itchy skin for one more swig. fuckin shite! How the fuck did I like that shit?
