TM Trotter Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 From one of the Sunderland forums following their loss at Gillingham today (8 defeats in 12, apparently). Ouch: "His style of football is like watching a five year old play Fifa for the first time. It’s direct in the sense the ball goes forward but it’s completely aimless. It’s the worst football I’ve ever seen at a professional level. He’s absolutely at fault for just how bad things have got. Ross was failing. Parkinson has just given failing a whole new definition." Escobarp Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 (edited) The old mantra be careful what you wish for eh. They gave jack Ross a torrid time this year wanted rid. They have to accept they are a Shit team but just because they happen to sit in a good catchment area which they share with one other significant club it doesn’t give them a right to be successful. I’ve hated them since they beat us 3-0 (sure that’s the score it finished) at our place (can’t remember when but must’ve been late 90’s or very early 00’s) and their fans that day were CUNTS of the highest order. I wish parky on them for a long time. And then if possible when they pot him coyle or freedman. fuck them Edited December 8, 2019 by Escobarp Quote

Burnden Pies Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 If only Sunderland were in internal turmoil, Parky could have eked out a few more months. All I want to know is how much every team that plays Sunderland have spent on their playing squad.? Quote
Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted December 11, 2019 Site Supporter Posted December 11, 2019 We've got a few journeymen Parky might want. Perhaps we can take a couple of theirs in part exchange. Quote

It could have been 26,000, it could have been 15,000, it makes no difference to the "attendance". So the bit about predicting 20k on Saturday is again irrelevant because the official crowd will be at least 25k if that's roughly how many S/Ts they've got. The real story is how many thousands have paid for tickets but will refuse to attend, but those figures aren't published so effectively there's no story to report. As Bolton fans we all know how difficult it can often be to give away a spare season ticket for free. Quote
Blondi Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Blackpool are around 7/2 to beat Sunderland on Saturday and I can just see Grayson getting one over on Sunderland, think I'll have Blackpool in my accumulator on Saturday. Quote
