Community are always overlooked at times like this. It's terrible really. It's easier at the hospital with a team around you, and Dr's and Consultants on call. Much harder in the community when you're out on a limb a lot of the time. Which team are you with? The other big issue is going to be people who aren't improving who are taken off ventilation.
