I think it hinges on the status of 'that' loan. Secured, and to be paid in full, and it's certainly game over. Unsecured, and repaid at 25p in the pound or less, and they'll get sorted.

That wasn’t why they went in. They went in simply because the owner wouldn’t subsidize the losses any longer. 

That debt has been the stumbling block all along. They'll probably find a buyer now but they may have learnt to be a bit more humble after all this.

Yes they will find a buyer but I cannot see Anyone taking it on and funding the same losses as the current  previous owners. They will sink back to their rightful level but sadly shall survive

In the long run that might be a cheaper option - Presumably Admins have a good case against him and he's been advised accordingly 

These people live in a very murky world - think Fraud , Tax Evasion , Money Laundering

I'm positive they'll get bought now.  The relegation has been nice but they've sold a few players, wont be getting another points deduction and will probably get new owners.  A shame but better than nowt.
