It's that match v Darlington (5/11/86?). What it would have looked like if everyone who claims to have been there, really was.

Highfield road

Bit of a give away with the signage on the eaves of the stand, Highfield in Cov

Gotham City?

That looks dark, Wolves?

Definitely Molyneux from the 50's. The shape of that roof on the right gives it.

It's a proper niche 90s footballer name though

Bart-Williams

Wright -Phillips?

Wasn’t he early 2000s Phillips

I reckon it was a Chelsea player, it will come to me during the day, but it was around the same time that they had a john Bumstead. I'm not gonna look it up.

My money is on Bart Williams- 93\94 he was at Forest or Wednesday?

Can't recall any other double barrelled name from then, nobody 12+ letters either

Van Hooijdonk?

I'd go for Bart-Williams.

I think Bart Williams may have been a year or so later.

I’ll go Van den Hauwe

He was at Sheff Wed before going to Forest  so could be him.

Yeah 1992 showing my 90’s geek here but I think I remember him emerging 93-94 in a puma/Sanderson combo and red lettering. @gonzoshould put me right if I’m wrong

IIRC it was Bart-Wiliams

Have this random memory of MOTD that day and Des Lynam putting the question to the panel

You all know who scored the first PL goal right?

Yeah he scored at burnden in a 1-1 93

think we leant them a kit that night
