Well I'm bothered. He offered something we are lacking in spadefulls , pace /heading ability/scoring fkg goals! No worse than the others defensively either. Gutted.

Geography plays a part too, probably doesn't have to uproot.

Can't say I'm too bothered, a good character and good in the air but seemed to go missing for large parts of games.

Kioso was of the few bright spots this season and there haven’t been many. He played with pace, energy & confidence. Gutted tbh.

I echo those thoughts. I’m pissed off with this decision. I was hoping Him on the right and Declan John on the left would have got us firing on the flanks

There's aleays the pissibility that it was at Kioso's request.

He's no previous affiliation to the club, or the geography & this could allow him to live at his own home.

Would YOU want to be part of our chaos & the ever bizarre ramblings of Evatt ?

I think it’s very likely it was his choice, think evatt mentioned recently some players wanted out, the thing that doesn’t stack up is why’s he brought in 2 left wingbacks.

Another kick in the bollocks. We really are at a low ebb with shitty clubs like Luton & Northampton well above us in the playing department. Another reminder as if we needed it.

Exactly had a big impact. meanwhile some  wax lyrical about Ronan Darcy who they have seem for about half a match

This is what pisses me off a player choosing Northampton above us, WTF he would rather play for a mickey mouse club than us 😳

Reality check, as if ever we needed one.

2 and 2 equalling 5 there

Not saying he didnt fancy northampton as its a league up and local

But he was in no rush to leave

It's a bit snide that they've recalled him and sent him elsewhere halfway through a season-long loan

It makes you wonder what the rules are on that.  Fair enough the club having the right to recall a loan in the event of a player shortage, but surely they cant then send him to a different club.  Otherwise why is it called season-long?  Its not season-long, it wasnt' even half a season.

Could money have played a part in the decision ?

Luton aren't exactly in a good financial situation

Maybe Northampton offered to pay a greater % of his wages than we did ?

In the current climate that could be decisive

That is down to the contract we agreed.

Toby seems to have achieved the double of getting season-long loans the loan club can cancel (Kioso) ... yet others we can't get the loaners to allow US to cancel (White & Crellin).

Way to go Mr. Phoenix.

I've got no doubt at all that they're within their rights to. It will be in the contract.

I just think it's a bit shitty, especially considering the apparently stated reason for his recall was to help them through an injury crisis.

Exactly pure bullshit that .At least come clean with your reasoning ie higher league & easier to monitor as examples.Anyway what's comes around etc.(hopefully).

Maybe Luton  said to Kioso - Northampton want to take you on loan, but you'll have to come back here for a week or two before you go or it won't look good.

That's right Bogs. He has been one of the few ups this season, which makes his decision to choose them before us all the more of a concern.

He knows our set up and coaching staff and his potential here bet has gone to another new set up.

We don't know that it was his decision.

Peter, you’re going on loan again, you can either not have to move and play in league one, or spend another 5 months up north playing in league two.

I just can’t believe that there’s more in it than that.

Higher league, closer to home.

No brainer and no conspiracy IMO.

Anyway, Peter Kioso, thank you. It was a pleasure to have you on board & I wish you well for your future career. Hopefully we'll meet again.

He would have loved the club but as soon as he sat and listened to Evatts idiotic coaching he will have thought thanks but no thanks.

I liked him, but playing at a higher level than us, so good luck to him.

love to know the mechanics of it (having to go back, not play, out to another club) and who called the shots

Suppose at the moment every game day, whoever you play for is the same (no crowds) so might as well play as high up the league as you can as doesn’t matter the size of crowds normally
