  • Bloody cracking weather out there, shame we can’t be in the ground. Off to see my newborn son in hospital before I’m kicked out but be home for the match 2-0 Doyle brace

There's not many days this season I've thought I'd love to be going to the game. I'd love to be going today - the weather, the return of a feel good factor/optimism, and the match having a bit of

From nearly 20 years this, one of the last times we met Barrow until now.

Quality is a bit ropey but still good to watch, even has interviews from the legendary Higgy, what a ding dong do.

Frustrating game! Why the fuck we keep tip tapping the ball about, passing backward, passing square, only Evatt knows! Fine if you are winning, but, for fucks sake launch the ball in the mixer! Gethin " back pass" Jones being the main culprit. Main thing, 3 points, but, for fucks sake, we have to be better that that! Its Barrow for fucks sake!

Yep if we would of been 1 or 2 goals up great but we need to be quicker with the pass .corners also the amount we get and don’t do anything with it’s a waste.
I would give Miller and Arthur a start now they deserve a go

One loss and the wrist slashers will be out in force. They were chomping at the bit today when they thought we'd only drawn...

Hard week now oldham & bradford away

If Oldham was a home game it would be tougher, they've got 13 points from 15 games at home and 25 points away!

Bradford no better at home than away either.  We'll pick up at least 4 points if we play OK and get rub of green (again).

To be fair to Hugh he complains even when we do win

They’re not happy that we’ve won again.

We going to let the pass by? That must have been some bet!

My ifollow was about 6 minutes behind normal time. I knew from posts on here that we’d scored, but didn’t get that late winner feeling.

None of us did, we only believed it when they kicked off!

Yes, we had no chance of scoring for 90 minutes with his shite tactics. We won despite him not because of him.

Thank fuck we dont have to sit in the cold and watch that shite. It will be nice to get out of this leagues and hopefully buy some real footballers with a manager who actually likes playing the game.

If we win five on the bounce despite him then it figures that we should definitely keep him as our manager as the players clearly want to prove him wrong. 🤡

Enjoy your bitterness for another few days at least. Long may it continue

Odds to be champions tumbled to 33-1

Evatt on Barrow's late penalty shout

I spoke to their player after and he said ‘I’ve expected the contact and your lad’s pulled out and I’ve even told the ref that it wasn’t.’ So there’s no issues there. MJ’s done well to pull out. Credit to the referee and I’ve not said that too often of late, but in them instances and moments, he could have easily blown up. But to be fair to their player, he instantly held his hands up and said no to the referee and that’s brilliant honesty and great spirit.
