  • Bloody cracking weather out there, shame we can’t be in the ground. Off to see my newborn son in hospital before I’m kicked out but be home for the match 2-0 Doyle brace

There's not many days this season I've thought I'd love to be going to the game. I'd love to be going today - the weather, the return of a feel good factor/optimism, and the match having a bit of

They set up for a draw and defended well. Looked like a stone wall penalty in the 91st minute for them and possibly offside goal for us (although I think he could have been behind/in line with Arthur).

Poor performance but we win again and that’s the sign of a team going up.

3 points, 5 wins in a row, into the play offs - fuck the performance, put it down to Barrow’s tactics, all is still well in the world.

Hard week now oldham & bradford away

Every fan in the land thinks that when their team are on a good run. Unfortunately, there's always another team doing their best to prevent it.

You're quite right Cheesy. I'm not bothered about any other team though. Just one team.

Having watched both back, definite penalty but the goal is onside as the ball goes back.

We’d be taking a few

There'd have been quite some scenes with fans after that goal

Won't be the last time we have to break a side down at home this season.

Very handily placed now. Lots of tired legs in the squad but it's the same for all teams and our squad size is good.

Poor today.

Controlled but poor.

I took this as a full time comment. Went to do a bit of faffing in my shed and just seen we'd bleeding won!

Blimey

My ifollow was about 6 minutes behind normal time. I knew from posts on here that we’d scored, but didn’t get that late winner feeling.

Half the crowd would have left 10 mins earlier 🙃

Absolutely quality finish to a very frustrating game!

Not sure I agree with people slagging off the tactics too much. Was definitely a frustrating second half with a lack of urgency but first half should've had a goal or two at least, had a 30 min spell where we were all over them. Crossing let us down for the most part today.

We were quite lucky to avoid that penalty I think but still deserved to win.

Must’ve done. I can’t tell from that angle but assume linesman knows the rules.

It goes ever so slightly forward for me

What a result for them both as well

I'm another who didn't celebrate thanks to that prick Henshaw.

A struggle when teams put 11 men behind the ball, without a target man we can't go long & have to try & be patient. Maybe away games will be easier when teams have to come out.

Tough on Barrow who look like they've got a bit of fight about them, but it's happened to us often enough.

That's why this win is even more important. We need to be getting urgent before 80 odd minutes.

For the last 3 matches we've needed a goal with 10minutes to go. We won't keep getting away with it.

If you still have iFollow open and go to 90 mins +2, Santos does so well to not foul their forward and win the ball back. Absolute monster in this division that man.

Happy Birthday Sharon Brittan

Same here, think I'll turn the sound off next time

Miller was behind Arthur. Now, was Arthur onside? Linesman said yes so that will do for me

7 points off top Cambridge with a game in hand and next home match

missed the bastard goal nipped out for some Tapas
