Elsewhere RFK continues his assault on the US healthcare system.  The man is a dangerous, ignorant lunatic. Thick as two short planks. Yesterday he sacked their independent expert advisory committee on vaccines as “they all had a conflict of interest” (which probably means they believe in science and data). No doubt he’ll load up now with fellow anti-vaxers.

Yet another US Secretary of State who’s completely unfit for office.

This sort of stuff has a tendency to make it's way over the pond. Much of my work is about tackling vaccine disinformation and trying to increase the numbers of people protected until we reach herd immunity. 

Absolute fuckwits like this make my job a great deal harder than it needs to be - and leads to disease and death. 

He's an awful, awful human being and should be strung up alongside Andrew Wakefield.
