...and I got it in four using the same technique (obviously not STORY as it couldn't have been after ADIEU was entered).

Stick to what works for you pal. Always the best policy.

Done it in one, once - two, 18 times - three, 130 times. Max. streak 66, current 54.

All based on ADIEU followed mainly by STORY or STORE where possible.

PIOUS followed by TREAD isn't a bad start either

AUDIO then PESKY for me. Seems to work well.

Wow! Absolutely no need for that. You should apologise really.

That makes it too easy. Got it first time after doing this. It’s supposed to be a challenge. Spoiled my day now😞

Ok the method worked well today and got it in 3

Probably would've got it in two had I gone with STORY first

This new "No Kings" movement is gaining traction against Trump.  It's clever work really, to pit the constitution which was created after our rule against Trump who is acting like a King, not a President. It will get proper patriots onside as the constitution is everything to them.

No doubt the cranks will say it’s a democrat false flag.

Disgraceful attack on democracy. He'd shot another couple previously but not fatally.

Like the Jo Cox murder - utter madness and a litmus paper for where woke lefties have taken politics with their unfounded screechings of 'fascists', 'racists' etc.

If you want to take the world of politics to the extremes by using extremist language, this is where you end up.

We have had one or two on here condoning the assassination of a US President.

Wonder what they have to say about this attack?

Agree - awful incident and anyone and everyone of any political persuasion who may have contributed to this incident (or culture in general) should take a long hard look at themselves.

Serious question.  Do you think Trump’s rhetoric and behaviours, especially towards political opponents and minority groups, have ever encouraged violence?

Blaming lefties.

Extraordinary but completely expected.

A worrying but not surprising statistic, and not that the US is unique in this trend. Social media has become the main source of news for most Americans.

Can only fuel misdirection and outright lies from “influencers” of all political persuasions across the globe. Especially when coupled with lies discrediting the reliable sources of factual, accurate news.

Dangerous times. Especially when there is a master of these dark arts in the whitehouse.

Watching hardcore Republican voters in Staten Island being interviewed in a diner about thoughts on the attack on Irans nuclear facilities.

General consensus was 'right thing to do' but I was once again taken by the breakfast dining habit.

A crowd of human monoliths munching their way through the favourite American breakfast (in my experience) on monster sized plates. Big fuck off waffle swimming in maple syrup with a pile of crispy bacon and scrambled eggs on top. No one will ever convince me that this is a viable mix.

I must be out of step because I have seen this same huge breakfast in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada and Wisconsin. Everybody over there seems to think that this combo 'goes'. Beats me but I have had plenty of strange looks just opting for the bacon and eggs with some toast.

and a gravy boat full of luke warm maple syrup to liberally pour over the top of course
