Presumably that means tickets in their mixed family stand, if so, that's on them, not us 

And you can't buy those online, you have to call

I’ve just bought 2 tickets over the phone. Very helpful girl sorted it, 2nd ticket was for someone that has an online account, isn’t a season ticket holder or a “member” yet. I just told her his address and name and she clicked a button that made him a member and then sorted the 2 tickets.

Top work ticket office, I won’t have a bad word said against you 😄
