Accrington Stanley away

Twenty five pounds for an uncovered terrace in December. What a league.

all the promoted teams from last year (Chelt/Camb/Morec) are doing no better and all in the similar league position.

Which is where we are at, although some don’t like admitting it

our severe lack of pace is a problem to

if we ever get chance to counter it instantly breaks down, most of the time we end up going back to Dixon ffs

No fight again. We are lacking someone who gets us going and takes a game by the scruff of the neck.

Very frustrating.

love Evatt, but he needs to be careful at minute, we’re still very much on side.

But was a good day out, so good to see a lot of folk. Hope it’s a fixture next season.

god bless you lot in the terrace.

that's me done with away's for a while....

Those in the terrace were superb particularly in the second half. Can’t knock our support today. 👏👏👏

Loving your positivity pal, in a pretty dire situation at the moment. It’s far from right, but it’s not as bad as some are making out. It was hard going in the pissing rain today in that terrace, but the large majority are realistic enough to realise it’s a rocky road that is a downward trend at the moment but will hopefully be enough to keep us mid-table when key injuries right them self and a few new recruits add some much needed bite.

I’ve held fire on Burton, Rotherham and Hartlepool at the minute because of our recent away performances, but I’m sure the kids in the morning will be badgering me for more.

We’re the one and only Wanderers 👏

Having warmed up/dried out now, I've got a more reasoned/balanced view of the game than I had 4 hours ago.

I don't think we were any worse than Accy today and there was certainly no lack of effort.

The problem yet again is that we waste chances and concede soft goals. I like Doyle and I think he improves our team as a whiole, but he HAS to put one of those two chances away.

Thomason's corner from which Senior should have scored was possibly the best corner we've put over all season (of course, GT made amends with 2 really shit ones in the second half!),

Good to see MJ back from injury, but he could/should have cleared the ball they scored from. Also good to see Senior get a game and he wasn't out of place all things considered.

People talk about Dapo being off the boil, lad has been kicked from piller to post all season, he bears the weight of our expectation and although today, again, wasn't his best, I thought he worked really hard to try to get things going.

As for the fans? Yeah, a few gave the players & staff some abuse at the end, but 2,600 is another great turnout and the support in the 2nd half from a soaked terrace was brilliant.

It was a great run & pass from Dapo that led to Doyles weak effort that the keeper parried to Declan John who somehow didn't score with his header.

Another plus point was grabbing a couple of pints with the WW top boys in the Nags Head.

I'm not sure so many injuries are purely bad luck.

Are they still playing murder ball?

On a side note Thought their stewards were top class took abit of banter in the way it should be

Crown pub was descent with a mix of supporters (about 80% bolton)

My one gripe was only 12 Bogs for 1800 fans in the terrace.Christ I've not danced like that for years in that que

Marked out of most games, teams putting 2 men on him to nullify his threat, that said there's space where the 2nd man should be, yet we're not exploting it

That was Sarcevic

Out of interest, who do you think should replace Evatt?

So you're in favour of giving him another year?

Cant disagree with any of that. Good post. The fans were very good today all things considered.

Drove, got very wet , moved to seats, saw Mr H, second half huff n puff never looked like scoring.

Went in Enfield cricket club, was ok,

Spot on Daz

I can take losing, but not I can’t take losing because of a lack of effort.

Apologies to those who were stood on the extreme left hand side who were subject to my extended foul mouthed rant. But it was a bloody good rant all the same. Didn’t want it enough. Simple as that.

High point was bumping in to the leather glove crew pre match, meeting @jules_darbyfor the first time and watching horses headbutt folk with @Casino

Nice to see you mate 👍🏻

Evatt needs to be v careful with his rhetoric post this

We were a disgrace and he needs to fucking own it. Mr soundbite needs to have a word with himself

Not sure if this will be appreciated or not - I get the fact that these are young wannabee hardcore bwfc fans, who are a far stretch from the boys of the 70s/80s  (my lads in the middle of that lot!) but they are BWFC through and through and are the future. He’s already asking/telling me about the next 3 away games!!!

We have some absolute clowns who follow us and I don’t think it’s a problem just of ours tbf it’s just in general.

grown men singing Bolton get battered egging on young lads. What possesses these cunts

That wasn’t a response to that photo btw. Good to see the young lads coming through.  Very different times from when I was that age though
